Samuel Dare Olayemi graduated from Kwara State Polytechnic with an HND in Secretarial Administration in 1991. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and also Masters in Business Administration from the
Prior to joining GS Microfinance Bank Limited, he has worked in the treasury , operations, trade finance and credit/marketing department of Allstates Trust Bank Plc (in liquidation) between 1999 and 2006. At Credit/Marketing department, he acted as Head of Marketing and was involved in marketing of Banks products/Fund mobilization, relationship management, sourcing new and viable accounts, packaging of loan facility and Loan Recovery.
His experience also cover his position as an Administrative Secretary with Nigerian Foundries and Ise Hanson & Company Limited between 1993 to 1999.
Presently, he oversees the micro banking unit of GS Microfinance Bank. He is in charge of credit and marketing of banks product and services
Samuel is married with children.
